Amazon Developing “Oaklandia” Animated Comedy With Snoop Dogg Which Should Have Plenty Of For Shizzle (Did I Do That Right?)
Snoop Dogg is everywhere. He’s on commercials for Tostitos and Corona, a multi-platinum music producer, and hopefully the star of a new animated comedy that he is also producing called Oaklandia. The Amazon joint is being made in conjunction with writer Daniel Dominguez (gen: Lock) and Chris Powell plus Vince Vaughn’s Wild West Picture Show Productions.
Not much else is known about the series, but the series from Amazon Studios is the latest in a number of adult animation projects the conglomerate has in the works which includes Fairfax, Undone, and Ricky & Cricket.
Our Take
Snoop Dogg’s an underrated actor in animation, my favorite role of his was the backdoor spin-off in Mike Tyson’s Mysteries, so I’m excited to see where this one goes.

"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
