Netflix Reveals Resident Evil Infinite Darkness
Netflix fanned the flames on a Resident Evil animated series earlier this year, and now we know there’s an additional animated series on the way…Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness. The CG animated series is being produced by Hiroyuki Kobayashi and is expected to be released in 2021.
The artwork seems to indicate that Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield will be leading the feature-length film though it doesn’t appear they will be simple beat cops for the R.C.P.D. this go-round.
A trailer has been released that feels the full scope of the series, with Claire heading into a dark building and Leon saving somebody, one has to wonder what other familiar faces from the popular game franchise will pop up?
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
