As another side-effect, The team then meets with Polnareff, whose soul was put in their Travel-Turtle Coco Large. Just as Polnareff also warns them about the Dual-Personality Schtick that Diavolo is capable of, The episode ends when they spot Diavolo charging towards Chariot Requiem. Our Take
After how intense the last episode was, I’m left surprised at how the tone shifted so quickly and got pretty comedic so fast. because of how surprised they were to find out that their bodies have been switched thanks to Requiem. It was a really amusing reprieve to see them act so shocked towards what happened, especially with Guido and Trish and it was awesome seeing how much their Stands have powered up probably thanks to their long-deserved nap.
Overall, aside from some Freaky Friday-style bodyswap hijinx which was easily the funniest part, the episode as a whole was mostly an Info-dump as nothing much happened in the episode itself, it’s mostly information about the functionality of Requiem stands, but I have a feeling this will be essential to the plot much later on. I also Look forward to seeing how they will deal with the knowledge Polnareff gave to them, and whether-or-not Polnareff will die if they take the arrow back from Chariot Requiem since he is technically already doing (or will he stay in the turtle’s body instead).
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
