South Park character cutouts took over Empire Field at Mile High for the Denver Broncos vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday, September 27. For those that don’t know, the creators of the show, Matt Stone and Trey Parker are huge Broncos fans leading to The Denver Broncos being mentioned or talked about in the series over 50 times over the past 23 Seasons of South Park .

This exciting South Park stunt (The cost of production of the cutouts will be matched and donated to The Broncos Foundation )with the Denver Broncos which is happening at today’s game, is in time for the hour-long Pandemic Special event premiering this Wednesday, September 30 at 8:00pm ET/PT on Comedy Central.

Comedy Central announced a one-hour special event of the Emmy® and Peabody® Award-winning series South Park last week. The hour-long supersized episode titled “The Pandemic Special” premieres on Wednesday, September 30 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on Comedy Central. Encores at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT & 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on Comedy Central. The Pandemic Special is South Park’s first-ever one hour special on Comedy Central. The animated episode was produced remotely, by more than 80 staff members, working from home across the country .

In the upcoming episode, Randy comes to terms with his role in the COVID-19 outbreak as the on-going pandemic presents continued challenges to the citizens of South Park. The kids happily head back to school but nothing resembles the normal that they once knew; not their teachers, not their homeroom, not even Eric Cartman.
