CBS All Access Gets New Name
It’s Paramount+. Set to rebrand the CBS All Access streaming service in 2021, ViacomCBS is renaming the service Paramount+. The home for Star Trek: Lower Decks which has Wil Wheaton circling a possible return as “Wesley Crusher”, and a bunch of other original adult animation will be it’s own separate service from sister streamer Showtime (domestically, international is a different story) though it’s expected bundles for the duo could be possible in the future.
Paramount+ is expected to get the second season of Star Trek: Lower Decks along with Brad Neely’s Harper House and a slew of new adult animation that’s also heading to Comedy Central. More as it develops.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
