Watch: “The Simpsons” Intro Re-Created With Animal Crossing

Harry Shearer continues to take a bashing at the hands of click bait press in regards to his recent comments about affirmative action castings in animated series but that hasn’t stopped the fans from going bananas with producing intros inspired by The Simpsons’ classic couch gag.

The gag should fit right at home at all of the other inspired efforts with The Simpsons and video games. Plus, with the video going crazy with almost 700,000 views at the time of this writing, it wouldn’t be a crazy thought for the producers of The Simpsons to feature this opening for the season 32 premiere happening September 27th @ 8 pm ET/PT, check your local listings.
