Funimation Gets Streaming Rights For English Dubbed Adaptation For “The Promised Neverland”
Having premiered the entire first season of the English-dubbed The Promised Neverland on Toonami late last year, I’m sure fans were wondering when and where they can finally stream this thing and now we have our answer.
Funimation will be streaming the English dub starting July 1st with all 12 episodes incoming . The Bang Zoom produced series is getting a live-action adaptation on Amazon which should be terrible, so this might be your best bet if you’re trying to break into the show, especially before the show’s second season comes at us sometime in 2021.
The English cast of The Promised Neverland includes:
- Erica Mendez (My Hero Academia: Two Heroes, The Rising of the Shield Hero) as protagonist Emma,
- Jeannie Tirado (Dragon Ball Super, ISEKAI QUARTET) as Norman,
- Laura Stahl (Cells at Work!, Fate/Grand Order Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia) as Ray,
- Laura Post (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Kill la Kill) as Isabella

Synopsis:
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
