Adult Swim News: Final Space ; Toonami Schedule
Olan Rogers has revealed that Warner Archive Collection will officially release the first-two seasons of Final Space on Blu-Ray this July in a release that will also include behind-the-scenes featurettes. Cover art has been made official and you can see it below. Final Space is currently in production for a third season that should premiere Q1 of 2021.
The final two episodes of My Hero Academia season four are streaming on Funimation now, and as such, will be making their linear premieres on Adult Swim’s Toonami lineup starting this Saturday Night @ Midnight ET/PT (check your local listings).
There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
