Review: All Dog$ Get Money “They Don’t Want You To See This Episode!”

Overview (Spoilers Below):

Lil Buddy is excited when DJ Mallard calls him up, but is a little disappointed when it’s only because he needs someone to babysit his son. After giving Lil Buddy a tour, he leaves him with instructions not to let his son executive produce any hits. But hit records can’t wait for rules, and when Justin Beaver and Post Mole-oan arrive, Lil Buddy knows he’s gotta jump on the track.

Our Take:

This was definitely one of my favorite episodes so far. DJ Khalid is a weird guy, and the interview that They Don’t Want You To See This Episode! is based on is even weirder. Showing off his home while proclaiming ‘they don’t want you to have this’, DJ Mallard is one of the funniest caricatures the series has done yet. Him presenting his flowers killed me. Lil Buddy having to babysit his son is funny enough on its own, but toss a pink haired beaver into the mix and you’ve got yourself a recipe for a winning episode.
