Psychotown “Effigy”

An angry mob shows up to a couple’s house with a list of angry demands. The couple heads out to the balcony and agrees to take on some of the demands which helps dispel the crowd. Turns out, this mob was supposed to be for someone else and the mob had been bothering the wrong person this whole time. Known as “Clive”, this fella just broke out of jail and has been living here this whole time.
