Watch: Mark Wahlberg Talks “Ted” To “The Today Show” In New Interview

Mark Wahlberg is smarter than all of us because he did a big-budget film that very well could’ve been in theaters right now. Instead, his film went directly to Netflix which is pretty much everyone’s home right now for the next several weeks and all of the movie theaters are shutdown as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Mark’s newest film Spenser Confidential is streaming on Netflix now and before everything went on lockdown he did a bunch of daytime press to help promote the film.

One of the interviews Mark had done was with The Today Show where there’s a decent bit about his starring role in the box office smash-hit Ted as “John”. In the interview, he talks about his wife’s reaction to the film, and while she may be correct that he hasn’t had a lot of Academy Award visits as of late, I’m sure the bed of cash she gets to sleep on will more than suffice. Mark further talks about Ted in a new interview with Vanity Fair here where he goes a bit more in depth through his career.
