Funimation Announces English Dub Adaptation Of “Kakushigoto” For Spring 2020 Lineup
Funimation continues to bulk up it’s Spring 2020 lineup that already includes Listeners which is also getting an English-dubbed adaptation that will actually premiere at the Fan Expo Dallas 2020 event happening from March 27th-March 29th.
Kakushigoto follows a lonely mangaka, Kakushi Goto, who draws vulgar manga. The twist? Well, he has to hide the fact that this is his work so that his young daughter, Hime, isn’t exposed to its mature content.
This slice-of-life comedy will explore the relationship between father and daughter, and the plight of an adult manga creator. The series is being produced by Ajia-do and will stream in English dubbed format starting Spring 2020.
More English dubs are expected to be announced in the coming weeks as the Winter 2020 series begin to drop off.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
