Creator Confirms “Howard the Duck” Still In Production For Hulu
In the latest episode of Fatman Beyond, Kevin Smith put to rest any worries about the future of his animated series collaboration with Dave Willis known as Howard the Duck. The adult animated series, together with Tigra & Dazzler, M.O.D.O.K., and Hit-Monkey are all in production with T&D recently getting some additional coverage as a result of all of the creative struggles that are ongoing amid a Marvel Studios restructuring that will see Jeph Loeb jettisoned as Marvel TV is reshuffled.
Smith belabors these points and more and most importantly assures us that everything is okie dokie and Howard the Duck appears to still be on the right track even though it hasn’t been put into production yet and Smith even notes that it will be a year before we get any sign of the show.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
