Review: Marvel’s Spider-Man “Goblin War – Part Three”
Overview (Spoilers Below)
The Spider-Verse plus Doc Ock, Anna Marie, and Hobgoblin assemble to take on the Goblin Nation and their generals (Electro, Silvermane, and Crossbones) so that they can get to the Goblin King and end the whole lot once and for all before they get a hold of some sort of Goblin-Mecha Armor. After a battle at Oscorp, Vulture gets the new mech armor and leaves both Spidey and Hobgoblin to die.
Our Take
OH GREAT! ANOTHER DEATH-BOT TO BATTLE! I think there are officially more robots in this show then there are Spider-people and that’s saying a lot. Because even more unoriginal than the already unoriginal Spider-Verse team is one where everything is a bad robot. The Hobgoblin…a robot. All of the Goblin Nation…robots. Doc Ock controlling…a bunch of robots. Even Crossbones is a sort of robot. Can’t we think of ANYTHING else other than friggin’ robots to battle? Season finale’s next, and I couldn’t be happier to put this one away.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
