Toy News: “The Simpsons”, Toddland, And More

Funko has announced a line of new toys from The Simpsons inspired by “Treehouse of Horror”, the yearly tradition from the longest-running animated series in primetime that is expected to drop later this year. As you can see from the graphic, King Homer, Fly Boy Bart, and a bunch of other notable mainstays from Treehouse past will be made available.
Toddland is once again making a big splash at San Diego Comic-Con 2019 with new exclusives inspired by Bob’s Burgers, Family Guy, and American Dad. Exclusives include plush toys, T-shirts, pins, bags, and more. Click on the aforementioned links to see what exactly will be in play this go ’round.
Toymaker Sentinel 10 is making a Neon Genesis Evangelion toy with Takashi Okazaki called the “RIOBOT All-Purpose Human-Type Battle Weapon First Unit”, a feudal Japan take on a mech toy. No release date has been set just yet, but when we hear one we’ll let you know.

Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
