They’re relatable, fly AF, and just happen to be bird women. From creator Lisa Hanawalt and the creative minds behind BoJack Horseman, Tuca & Bertie, starring Tiffany Haddish and Ali Wong comes to Netflix on May 3.

The series will star Tiffany Haddish (Legends of Chamberlain Heights) as the voice of Tuca, a cocky, care-free toucan, and Bertie voiced by Ali Wong (American Housewife), an anxious, daydreaming songbird. Both are 30-something year-old bird-women pals who live in the same apartment building. Other cast slated to be part of the series includes Nicole Byer, Richard E. Grant, John Early, Reggie Watts, Tig Notaro, Amber Ruffin, Jermaine Fowler, Tessa Thompson, plus Steve Yeun voicing the role of Bertie’s boyfriend.
