Watch: Paul Zerdin Eliminated From AGT: Champions-Still Alive For Wild Card

We probably knew this was coming.

Officially the final ventriloquist available had been eliminated last night on NBC’s America’s Got Talent: Champions. In fairness, Zerdin crushed his performance, but he’s gonna have a target on his back from Simon Cowell due to the fact that Zerdin was a Howard Stern favorite whom eventually won the 10th season. Howard’s exit from AGT was largely as a result of Simon’s backstage politics that got so heated it pretty much forced Howard out from the judge’s chair.

In any event, Zerdin is alive for the wild card, so it’s possible a ventriloquist showdown could be had with the other eliminated champ, Darci Lynne, who will also be up for the wild card.
