Bubble IE: RTE Player Debuts “Your One Nikita”

RTE Player caps off the year with a new series premiere.


Aoife Dooley’s much-loved character ‘Your One Nikita’ has been brought to life! According to Aofie’s Facebook page, Aoife Dooley is a 5ft freelance illustrator and designer based in Dublin. She studied in Colaiste Dhulaigh for 3 years before going on to achieve a first class honours degree in Vis Com where she studied at Dublin Institute of Technology. Aoife is best known for her ‘Your One Nikita’ Web comic. Her sweet and innocent illustrations are captioned and brought to life by the type of humour one can only accumulate from years of living on the Northside of Dublin. 

Aoife is from the northside of Dublin, Ireland which her work is heavily influenced by as well as other friends and characters she has met in her life.

This comedy animated series follows a small group of mates in their early 20’s from the Dublin’s Northside and their everyday lives and ramblings.
