The legendary Emmy-winning episode sees a battle of imaginary characters on both the sides of good AND evil, and video game culture is well-represented here. For the good guys, characters like Link, Mario, Pacman versus the likes of Wario, the Ghosts, and Akuma were in a battle for life and death. The trilogy episode is highly-regarded as one of the greatest South Park episodes of all-time and still holds up to this day.
