Some sour advice.

“Don’t Pet The Grimm”

Penny makes friends with a Grimm, but Ozpin (donning a signature hat) warns her against it. She keeps pointing out how things could possibly be okay, but Ozpin is persistent. In the end, Penny gives in, and admit that her and the Grimm live in two different worlds. Heartbroken, the Grimm reverts to human speech, lamenting his failure.

“Cousins of Chaos”

Ren, Neptune, and Sun have all made a new biker gang. Excited, Jaune wants to join- but they’re only enlisting bad boys. He has to think of something bad, and thinks of something relatively mundane- but that’s enough to get him into the gang. Excited, he leans on the bikes, only to knock them over and destroy Ren’s.

I think I liked the first one a lot better than the second. The first one is a Cat In The Hat parody, with Ozpin donning the signature hat and speaking in Dr. Seuss rhyme, lecturing naive Penny about the cautions of a potential enemy. The darkly humorous twist to it was that the Grimm wasn’t trying to catch her off guard- he was flirting, and she was initially receptive to it until Ozpin came along. The second, while funny, was overshadowed by the first.
