“Tarantula” Animated Series Could Return In Some Capacity

This would be swell.

Carson Mell is teasing the possibility of a revival of the unceremoniously canceled Tarantula series. The one-time TBS jewel was canceled after only one season earlier this year, but that may not be all.

The show creator has noted on Twitter that he in fact owns the characters from Tarantula and that “more cartoons were coming soon”. As of now, it’s unclear if this means that the Silicon Valley producer was shopping the show to other TV networks/streaming services or if he’s talking about bringing the independently produced cartoons he used to post on Youtube, regardless, it may not be the last time we’ve seen Echo, Booty, and the other residents of Tierra Chula Resident Hotel.
