PC Culture Continues Attacks: Priyanka Chopra on “The Simpsons” ; Ryan Reynolds on “Deadpool” Animated Series

The debate continues.

Quantico’s Priyanka Chopra was recently on The View where evidently she had kids tease her in high school to which she claims “Apu” from The Simpsons is the direct result. Here’s here on the show answering about this same subject which was brought up by The Problem with Apu and which has since seen the likes of Hank Azaria, Matt Groening, and more on different sides of the conversation.

Another recent casualty of PC Culture, the recently canceled FXX adaptation of Deadpool, was brought up in a conversation with the NY Times and Deadpool 2 star Ryan Reynolds. Turns out, Ryan would’ve loved to have seen what Donald and Stephen Glover would’ve done with the character as we would all have.

Two stories. Two different properties. What’s going on with The Simpsons now is the casualty that happened with Deadpool. Extremist PC Culture claims victims and that’s what happened with Disney-Marvel pulling Deadpool because of silly jokes against Taylor Swift. Groening hit it right on the head when he said, “people love to pretend they are offended”.
