San Francisco Subjected To Different Type Of BART

This one is a bit more illegal.

Usually, when San Franciscans think of BART, they think of the local Bay Area Transit mass transit system. Unfortunately, that’s not the type of Bart we’re talking about here. Earlier this week, local street artist Terry Ross was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor and felony vandalism by San Fran police as he was literally caught “paint-handed” spraying wall art of Bart Simpson portraits all over town.
