Review: Cat Agent “Into the Darkness”

Get ready to be FURIOUS, Cat Agent fans.

Overview (Spoilers Below)

On this week’s episode, Cat Agent goes under the happy gas to undergo a procedure to alleviate his tummy ache. He has a nice long dream during the operation that sees him run into Josh Gad’s cat (voiced by Drea de Matteo) who died after being sat on following the cancellation of The Comedians (ed note: GREAT show).  While in his dream, Cat Agent has to help deliver a message to Josh Gad, but wakes up 18 months later.

Our Take

FUCK! Another Trump joke? Like we don’t have enough of animated Trumps to contend with now, so far both Dick Figures AND Cat Agent have or are going to give us some Donald Trump jokes. Fuck…I really liked this show too. Really, Cat Agent’s a good show, despite the lackluster effort set forth this week, this franchise was probably scoring to be one of the best original Mondo shows of the year. Unfortunately, that’s all going out the window, because it appears we’re gonna have some Trump jokes.
