English Dub Review: Garo: The Vanishing Line “Farewell”

We bid thee…farewell.

Overview (Spoilers Below)

Bishop sets up a motion to capture Sophie which he eventually does and then throws her into a vat of liquid that knocks her out and puts her into a comatose state. Garo and Luke actually try to pick up a big fight with the Queen, and Stanley, and Bishop, but despite an impressive effort, none of it goes to plan and now we gotta wait until next week until we see what Sophie is sweet dreaming about.

Our Take

The fight scenes in this show are awesome. It’s simply the biggest asset the Garo franchise has and this week’s episode was no different. Sophie’s investigation into the whereabouts of her brother is utterly fascinating and has me hooked. I have a few hunches as to where this could go, and if means a bunch of heavy metal-laden riffs on the backdrop of epic action sequences, then I’m all in.
