This Week In Viral: The Simpsons ; Family Guy
This week, we’ve gotta clean up click bait crap flooding the internet.
Following the horrible mass shootings that happened this week in Broward County, Florida that killed 17 people, a meme floated around that insinuated that The Simpsons may have predicted a shooting spree happening during the theatrical release of Black Panther, which was also this week. This is what it looks like:

So essentially what someone did is reproduce an image from The Simpsons episode “Homer Loves Flander” where Flanders climbs a clock tower and starts gunning down everyone in sight ala The Deadly Tower which was a movie inspired by the 1966 University of Texas mass shootings, and doctor it up to make it look like The Simpsons may have predicted all of the events that went down this week. None of this is true, however, so if you should see this image all over the place, know it isn’t real.
Life & Style posted this horseshit of a Family Guy video that doesn’t even look like it came from FOX or anyone affiliated with the show. Instead, it appears to be a silly attempt at the Bauer Media-produced publication to take advantage of a click-bait headline. Let me save you the trouble, nothing in the video happens, so if you see it posted elsewhere just skip it.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
