Out of all the love interests Stewie has had, he has always seemed destined to be with the family pet, Brian. In a completely of the wall episode in season thirteen, Stewie tries to keep Brian close to him by having his babies. They go through all of the steps of teenage pregnancy and learn that their deformed children are tearing them apart. The couple decides to leave the mutants at an animal shelter and things returned to normal.
