“Game of Thrones” & “Disjointed” Get Animated
Are you sad and depressed that Game of Thrones isn’t coming back until 2019? Welp, maybe this can help.
Told in the animated, storybook style of the History & Lore features, Game of Thrones Conquest & Rebellion brings you the never-before-seen story of the turbulent events that shaped Westeros for thousands of years before the series start.
HBO has produced 45-minutes of what will be an animated prequel made available on the home release of Game of Thrones Season 7 and will feature Game of Thrones stars reprising their roles from the live-action series to the animated production. The cast includes stars Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jaime Lannister), Aidan Gillen (Littlefinger), Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark), Conleth Hill (Varys), Harry Lloyd (Viserys Targaryen), and Pilou Asbæk (Euron Greyjoy).

Fans of MTV’s Liquid Television and Adult Swim’s Off the Air will be delighted to know that producer Dave Hughes is back at it again, as he has announced that Netflix’s Disjointed series starring Kathy Bates features a bunch of animated shorts inspired by the series that act as nice little breaks during the live-action series. Fortunately, you don’t actually have to watch the show to check out all of the shorts because Dave did it for us and posted them via Vimeo that you can see below:
