Comics Review: Rick and Morty #30
Wow, this one’s good.

Overview (Spoilers Below)
This month’s issue of Rick and Morty features a story all about a day in the life of Beth. Positioned more like an episode of ER and less of a Rick and Morty, we get to see exactly what it’s like for Beth to be on the business end of a husband that doesn’t appreciate her, a new boss that nearly costs her a job, and a father that causes mass hysteria the second she walks in the door. It’s an emotional look that certainly lends itself as some good background as to why Beth would leave Jerry, and quite frankly, I’m not sure why this wasn’t a produced episode for Adult Swim!
We almost didn’t need “Rick and Morty: An Important Lesson”, a short strip that features planet porn, but I can see why a laugh would be needed after the emotional toll the featured story brought to the table. By far, this is one of the best issues of Rick and Morty comics of all-time. Anyone upset that Rick and Morty Season Three is ending on Sunday Night, I’m tellin ya, you’re missing some good story-telling’ on the print side of things.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
