The Silver Guardian episode “Suigin Learns to Play the Grave Robbing Game!” resumes after one of the better episodes in “Suigin Becomes the Last Tomb Guardian!”

In this episode, Suigin learns more about the world of Gravebuster. Additionally, he’s introduced to Totem. Rei Riku is kidnapped by Dark Tiger. With newfound enemies, the responsibility of being the last tomb guardian, and Rei’s kidnapping, Suigin suffers from anxiety.

At the conclusion of the episode, a stranger character known as Wild Wolf appears. Unfortunately, “Suigin Learns to Play the Grave Robbing Game” falls into an awkward slot. While it feels like a lot happens, the entire episode comes across as uneventful. Sure, a few new characters emerge. A few simultaneous sub plots coexist. But there’s almost no advancement of the story. Eventually there will be, but this The Silver Guardian entry is merely too rushed and lacks cohesion.
