Review: Rooster Teeth Animated Adventure “Jeremy’s Big Break”
Wait for the NJ stab…ready?
Spoilers Below
Jeremy takes us back to his high school football days. He tackled someone and managed to break his leg. However, he didn’t realize that his leg was broken. He attempted to stand on it twice before he realized that his shin was facing two different ways. Of course, he sits down to call for the ref. As the paramedics wheel him off the field, he gives the other team a wink-snap-thing and wishes them good luck. But once he is in the ambulance, he freaks out. And the ambulance isn’t all that great! The paramedics make him a homemade splint for his leg and the gurney wasn’t tied down.
At the hospital, Jeremy remembers that his gymnastics coach, who was in charge of the uniforms, was complaining about having to order new uniforms. When the doctors want to cut the uniform off of Jeremy, he refuses to let them. So another nurse had to come in to hold his leg together while they took his pants off. Michael is surprised by this turn of events. Then again, Michael is from New Jersey, where everyone is dicks.
Once again, the animated adventure isn’t a super funny episode. Despite the lack of humor, this actually was a really good episode. Jeremy told his story with just enough humor to keep it going. I think the story would have been fine on its own but the small bits of humor are what made this story great. Can we get back to Punkleman now?
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
