Review: Paranormal Action Squad “A Master Class in Kicking Ass”
Was this week’s episode the master or the student?
Spoilers Below
Eddie wants to beat the shit out of this nuisance Sasquatch, so he takes up the advice of action hero Dickman who tries his best to teach him all sorts of fight methods, but gives up because Eddie doesn’t have the “killer spirit”. Eddie doesn’t bite, and instead finds Sasquatch and beats the shit out of him in front of an angry mob. Eventually, Eddie starts to feel bad but feels better when he learns that Sasquatch is gonna be ok.
Our Take
While the build up to the big battle wasn’t all that great, the fight was outstanding. Taking on a way more anime-looking scene than anything else the show has done. The aforementioned build-up was your typical Rocky-inspired trope that you’ve probably seen a dozen times before, but the Sasquatch going crazy and constantly tea-bagging Eddie might be one of the funniest things I’ve seen all year.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
