Netflix Releases Hilarious Study for What People Watch AFTER Binging “BoJack Horseman”
Well, this is awkward…
BoJack Horseman recently won an award from Time magazine for an episode called “Fish Out of Water” of which show creator Raphael Bob-Waksberg had to send a lengthy email to Netflix higher-ups just to convince them of the direction he wanted to take the episode.
Today, BoJack Horseman’s getting a different kind of accolade, this one for what most people like to watch on Netflix post binge watching the streaming service’s best animated series. In a new Netflix study that has since been posted on Variety, Netflix binge-watchers of BoJack Horseman next like to pair the TV series with movies like St. Vincent (starring Bill Murray) followed closely by Tony Robbins: I Am Not Your Guru.
That’s right after BoJack bingers get their fill of the animated dramedy, they turn to Tony Robbins for help. Tony Robbins…the same guy that kicked off the feature-length Shallow Hal, is the one people turn to as their “chaser” after the drunken debauchery of going through the different emotional levels that is BoJack Horseman.
In total, Netflix has found that 36% of its binge-watching subscribers turn to a movie next. Personally, after I finished Luke Cage, I turned off the TV and went outside…but maybe I’m in the minority here. In any case, read our review of the third season of BoJack Horseman here.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
