Review: Rooster Teeth Animated Adventures “The Edamame Power Play”

Is this show getting better?

Many years ago, Matt and Burnie went out for a business lunch with another guy. At the sushi restaurant, they were eating edamame. For some reason, the other guy started eating the edamame husks. He started out eating the edamame normally but switched to the husks for no apparent reason. Chris, Gavin, and Gus all try to figure out why the guy was eating husks.

Once again, this story is bland. Who cares if some unnamed guy is eating edamame husks? Sure, it’s odd and it makes a weird story between friends but it didn’t really need to go beyond that. Don’t they have more interesting conversations they could animate?
