Review: Regular Show “Welcome to Space”
Welcome to a different kind of rock.
Spoilers Below
The space ranger crew takes the park employees to a huge space station where other parks are also inhabited. The goal? To see if life can sustain in outer space. Think The Martian, but without the jokes.
Anywho, everyone’s trying to make the best out of space except Benson who really wants to go home. He tries to but ends up in a simulator where Benson gets to see exactly what life is like without his pals. Turns out…it sucks. Benson wakes up and is convinced to stay with the other park employees who welcome back their boss with open arms.
Our Take
I gotta tell ya, if your heart wasn’t beating with sorrow for Benson during the course of that montage where he got older and was being chased by aliens, you may not be human. That tape with the park employees gave me the feels, too. So far, Regular Show has made us feel VERY welcome in space.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
