Seth Rogen’s “Sausage Party” Confirmed for ‘Just for Laughs’; San Diego Comic Con?

If you live in Montreal and/or you are going to Comic Con, this one’s for you!

Animated films are hot this summer, so let’s keep that trend going upwards, shall we? Seth Rogen is doing his part, as he is hinting at a few live screenings of his upcoming animated comedy Sausage Party to come later this Summer.

First up, huge comedy festival Just for Laughs has announced a screening of Sausage Party to take place July 30! More info here –>

Also, it appears SOMETHING Sausage Party related is happening at Comic Con 2016, as per this conversation Seth Rogen had with a fan:

 

Sausage Party, the first R-rated CG animated movie, is about one sausage leading a group of supermarket products on a quest to discover the truth about their existence and what really happens when they become chosen to leave the grocery store. The film features the vocal talents of a who’s who of today’s comedy stars – Seth Rogen, Kristen Wiig, Jonah Hill, Bill Hader, Michael Cera, James Franco, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson, Paul Rudd, Nick Kroll, David Krumholtz, Edward Norton, and Salma Hayek.

For the rest of us, Sausage Party hits theaters on August 12th, 2016.
