Review: Bordertown – Groundhog Day (S1Ep5)

Spoilers Below
Let me start off by explaining that the title “Groundhog Day” is what the Buckwald’s (sans Bud) refer to Bud and Janice’s anniversary date as. This is because Bud has an inverted penis and it only comes out once a year to have sex with his wife. Yeah, it went there and I’m happy it did.
This episode had a much better flow than previous episodes. It all began when Bud found out that he was the new minority, because Ernesto’s cousin gave birth to a baby that tipped the population percentage in their favor. Bud figured the only way to tip the majority back to the white population was to jump in balls deep (I couldn’t resist) and impregnate his wife. Ernesto gave Bud advice on how to woo a woman and it resulted in a few good laughs. At one point, Bud created a gravitational field that drew Maria (Ernesto’s wife) into him and Ernesto had to throw his mustache to her as a life line. This plan eventually backfired after finding out that a uterus that flies out of a person during a trampoline accident permanently prevents pregnancy.
Bud gave up on being the majority and sought to live on a camp with all the other white people. There’s a slew of white stereotypes inside the camp that were pretty funny and accurate. Ernesto came to the camp and spotted a slot machine. He played once and hit the jackpot, resulting in ownership of the building. As he was literally hauling the casino away, you could hear a paradoxical take on Celine Dion inside.
Any political bias was seemingly kept in check this episode. Thought-provoking ideas were brought to the table without shoving them down your throat and telling you who is right and wrong.
So here is my question for you, Bordertown; Why can’t you just let me hate you and have this relationship be over with? It’s selfish of you to put out an episode that makes me laugh when all you did was abuse me in the beginning. And now, look at you, crawling back with flowers. Don’t mistaken that for me more than simply liking the episode. It’s going to take more than this to make up for what you’ve done. But, it’s a start.

You’re friend-zoned for now.

"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
