BUBBLE CAN Review: Knuckleheads “The Invasion”
One of these days we may be visited by extraterrestrial life. It’s such a vast universe, there is bound to be intelligent life out there, right? Of course, the universe is so vast that our planet Earth would be like finding a specific grain of salt in a desert. Last night on Knuckleheads, an alien race managed to find that grain of sand in the vast desert of the universe. So how was the episode? Read on to find out!
On last night’s Knuckleheads, an alien race invades Canada searching for males to procreate with their females.
Last night’s episode was pretty good. This episode returned to more of an ensemble instead of focusing on a few characters. This is a good thing, because the show just seems to work better when we’re following a variety of different characters. They’re all so entertaining, so getting to see a lot of them is like an entertainment buffet. You want a bit of everything.
The story of aliens invading Earth is far from unique and an Alien race looking to breed with humanity is far from unique, but Knuckleheads managed to take those old tropes and make a half hour of television that really seemed like their own. While we were following one singular event, it was approached from a variety of perspectives, so we ended up being told a bunch of different stories. One story was a raunchy comedy, another felt like a war epic.
Overall, this was another good episode for Knuckleheads. A very simple idea that was executed perfectly.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
