Review: Mike Tyson Mysteries “A Plaintive Wall”
Spoilers Below
Marley Gibson from Boston reaches out to the team to help her store get some business in a potentially haunted location. Instead of flying to Boston, the crew opts to drive out…a 30 hour road trip. The team eventually does make it to their case. The team finds out that the building really is cursed and they’ve gotta find a way to lift it. Marquess volunteers to run a seance which summons a whale that agrees to lift the curse from the building.
Our Take
This week’s episode of Mike Tyson Mysteries almost felt like an episode of Ghost Hunters, but without the jokes. I’ll be honest, I’m kinda bored with this season. There isn’t any action, and while this episode seemed to have a tad more in terms of plot background, overall I’m just kinda going through the motions this season. All of the punchlines get bleeped anyway, so what the hell am I supposed to do? Pretend??
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
