Meet The Lion Guard’s “Kion”

Getting ready to air on November 22nd @ 7 pm ET/PT is an original film spun-off from the Lion King franchise known as The Lion Guard: Return of the Roar

Join Kion, second born cub of Simba and Nala, as he becomes leader of the Lion Guard and assembles the best and brightest to help him protect the Pridelands.

Disney put out a new clip that introduces us to Simba’s kid which is good because I’m still trying to figure out what makes Kion worthy enough to be considered a ‘Guard’. Read more about the special here.
