Bubbleblabber vs Carl’s Stone Cold Pick of the NFL Week 9: Vikings vs Rams (2015)

Last week both Carl and I picked the Seahawks to beat the Cowboys, and though it got rather close at the end, we both came out with a victory. This week we continue through the NFC with a battle that very well could be a preview of the playoffs considering the way both teams are playing, the Vikings vs the Rams, here’s who Carl has:

Minnesota Vikings

They have a shit offense, even with Adrian Peterson, and Bridgewater desperately needs some receivers to throw to. But, I have the Vikings winning due to the fact that they are at home after two road wins with a very good defense run by a very good defensive coordinator in Mike Zimmer. Mike will have a plan for Todd Gurley and Co., and they will force the Rams to throw the ball down field against a dangerous backfield.

I really like Todd Gurley and this D, but like the Vikings, Bradford needs someone else to throw to other than Tavon Austin. And being on the road is really the only reason why I’m tipping the favor to Minnesota whom also has the better record in the NFC.

Carl (4-4) picks the Rams to win
