Blu-Ray Review: Toy Story that Time Forgot
This took a long time to get out, and that’s both a good thing and a bad thing. Yes, it’s another spin-off of Toy Story known affectionately as Toy Story That Time Forgot, but it’s been a year since thing had last aired. So there better be good reason to buy this shit which is only $10 on Amazon to get it digitally.
Fortunately, Disney does include a number of special features on the release, including animatics of both the special and of deleted scenes. Unfortunately, these deleted scenes don’t actually feature the actual voice talent used in the special, rather just stand-ins. On the plus side, commentaries all over the place.
For $15, you could do a lot worse, and Lord knows Disney has done waaaaay worse. So, if digital is your game, you may not find enough here to warrant an extra Abraham, but everyone else it should make a pleasant stocking stuffer.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
