What Is MetalocalypseNOW?

Brendon Small (Metalocalypse) has Tweeted out a rather auspicious URL with www.MetalocalypseNow.com featuring a countdown clock that is set to expire on October 8th @ 1:44 pm ET. It is unknown what this noise is all about, but here are some theories:

  • Something to do with New York Comic Con? (October 8th is when Comic Con kicks off)
  • An announcement about the return of Metalocalypse on either Adult Swim or Hulu
  • A new Dethklok announcement

Personally, I think the last point would be moot if the second item happened, because whenever we get new Metalocalypse, we get new Klok. In any case, we’ll have to wait to find out.
