Ventriloquists Rule on Forbes Highest Paid Comedians List for 2015
Most people might think that given his visibility, Jeff Dunham would have been the highest paid ventriloquist this year. However, America’s Got Talent winner Terry Fator is actually tops in this category though it’s not exactly like Jeff is going home and drinking out of a bucket.
Forbes recently came out with their list of the highest paid comedians in show-biz, and while Jerry Seinfeld is number uno, popular ventriloquist acts Terry Fator and Jeff Dunham are BOTH on the list at about $22 million and $19 million earned respectively this year. Terry makes a good chunk of his change at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas and Jeff is on TV all of the time and tours quite extensively.
