The Rager

Hater’s about to destroy a bunch of his prisoners, but Peepers convinces him to do it in the morning. Wander shows up and decides to throw a big ol’ bash to celebrate. At first, Hater isn’t invited, but after donning a disguise, he gets in and jams all night long. The next morning, all of the prisoners get free, and Peepers goes back to sleep.

Our Take

This show should just be named Lord Hater, because it seems all of the episodes revolve around Hater. Right now it’s ok, but soon I could grow bored.

In any case, we just had an episode where Hater was partying with Emperor Awesome, and this seemed a whole bunch similar. However, it was refreshing to see a whole bunch of new characters that we’ve never really seen before all as Hater’s prisoners. There were a few funny moments, like when Hater is playing pranks on Peepers or Hater exhibiting what is pretty much a hangover the next morning. I’m not sure if this one is a real rager, but it does the job.

The Good Bad Guy

Another villain shows up named Jeff aka Major Threat, and as it turns out, he’s been turned good by Wander. Hater worships this guy, so he works hard to turn Major Threat evil again, which work, but it gets Hater’s empire basically taken over by Threat. Hater’s response? Dress up as Wander and hug it out with Threat. This causes Threat to be good again, which leads to Hater kindly escorting this prick outside.

Our Take

Major Threat looked like an AWESOME villain. I hope we get to see more of him. As a matter of fact, why not produce the episode that would surely have served as the prequel, featuring Threat’s special guest? There were a bunch of cool looking scenes going down whenever Major Threat went berserk, but I would have liked to have seen more of a fight between Hater and Threat to see what would have went down.
