Review: Pickle and Peanut “Gory Agnes / Haunted Couch”
Spoilers Below
“Gory Agnes
Gory Agnes is essentially the same horror fairy tale as ‘Bloody Mary’ where if you say her name three times she appears in the mirror in the bathroom. The guys do just that, but Pickle starts having a bit of a relationship with Agnes, but it gets in the way of Pickle and Peanut’s friendship. Peanut grows to accept the change in Pickle’s lifestyle, but soon, Agnes starts to overstay her welcome so Pickle decides to bounce, but not before removing a squirrel from Agnes’ head. PIZZA BUCKET!
Our Take
Louie Anderson is fantastic as Agnes, and while the episode was advertised as more of a horror tale, at its core is your classic story about a girl getting in the way of best friends. And while travelling into Agnes’ mirror world was cool, I don’t think we got to see a bunch of it, but Pizza Buckets sound like such a good idea.

Haunted Couch”
Pickle breaks his couch, so he and Peanut have to go to the couch store to buy a new one. Despite the store owner’s best efforts at advising against it, his daughter sells the guys a haunted couch for $40. They get it back to Pickle’s house, and right away this thing is nuts. It swallows rugs and people, sits in the corner to watch TV, and is all around not a pleasant house guest. Thankfully, the store owner shows up with a couch cover, but that doesn’t work, so they end up destroying it and as a result everything the couch had eaten comes back up. In exchange for keeping that shit quiet, the store manager gives Pickle and Peanut a couch that looks exactly like their old one.
Our Take
THIS is more like a haunted tale from Pickle and Peanut. The scary couch was a bad ass idea, though I would’ve like to have seen if the daughter got in trouble from this whole bit, or how the father had found out she had sold it in the first place. In any case, a pretty hysterically produced 30 minutes.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
