Shorts Review: Vixen Episode 5

We find out that the girl from last week is actually Mari’s sister, and is captured, then brought back to a desert location. Eventually, Mari tries to escape, but she faints and now her sister has the totem.

Our Take

As good as this series kicked off, this episode is just very flat. At six minutes long, I was expecting more of a battle to ensue between the two sides, but all we got really was a cliff hanger at the end of another origins story. I need more mustard before I can pass this off as an action-drama.
