Games Review: Regular Show ”Daredevil Danger”
Guess who’s back to desecrate every single game you love? Okay, I won’t desecrate them, but I do get to tell you about some of the cool games I’ve been able to play. First one up is Cartoon Network’s “Regular Show: Daredevil Danger”.
With an array of a staggering 6 buttons to learn, I dove head first into this addicting Evil Knievel inspired game. The first difficult decision in any game is when you have to decide which character to be. With the choices of the Regular Show’s cast of Muscleman, Rigby, Mordecai, and The Hi-Five Ghost; I went with Rigby.
Why, you ask? Does he have cool powers or something? No, it’s simply because he can’t reach the pedals of the dirt bike and that in itself is funny to me. Why wouldn’t I go with the Hi-Five Ghost if that were the case? Because ghosts can’t ride dirt bikes as well as animals in my eyes. As I got myself situated to launch out of the gate like a bat out of hell and most likely meet some sort of death, I was able to easily glance over the controls located directly beneath the gameplay screen.
Six buttons. Easy enough, right? Like a kamikaze pilot, I hurled myself through the obstacles while holding Z for turbo. After the first couple levels, you come across suspended boxes. If you don’t duck, those boxes hit you harder than a drink offered by Bill Cosby. The controls, like I said, are very easy to understand and use. The only issue I have is that I am used to games where the up/down acts opposite as if you were piloting a plane. This game doesn’t give you the option to change that.
Progressing further through the game, you encounter other challenges like racing against a car. For those perfectionists out there, you get a special surprise when you collect all the stars in a level. These surprises are outlined in the beginning of the difficulty setting you select, such as a televised jump and other locked levels.
Overall, this game is a good time killer; not the best and certainly not the worst. The difficulty increases throughout each level and will definitely give your memory a good grinding from trying toremember the upcoming obstacles.

Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
