Don’t expect to binge ‘The Awesomes’ anytime soon
I don’t know why this is news, but it is. People are making a big fuss that Hulu will continue to release its original shows on a weekly basis as opposed to the ‘all-at-once’ model popularized by Netflix.
For us, this isn’t that big of a deal. We’ve always been served new episodes of such animated programming as Mother Up! and The Awesomes on a weekly basis, so it’s really just business-as-usual.
That said, I’m a little unnerved at the severe lack of marketing that’s been going on when it comes to The Awesomes as of late. In the past, Hulu has been known to give us trailers and footage from Comic Con, but the producers of the network’s only original animated comedy didn’t even do a TCA panel unlike all of the other Hulu shows. While I could be overreacting, I wanna see some shit for season three before it kicks off on September 8th, only on Hulu.
Here’s everything we know about the upcoming season so far.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
