BOX OFFICE UPDATE 8/17/15: Ted 2 adds another $8 mil

Boy am I glad Straight Outta Compton is out, because I’m sick of all the memes. Jesus Christ, no one talks about N.W.A. for 20 years, and now all of a sudden the bandwagon shows up.

In any case, Seth MacFarlane’s Ted 2 is still going strong as this last weekend saw an additional gross of about $8 million which brings the film’s total gross to that of about $174 million against a $68 million budget.
